"We needed to purchase a secound car for my commute to work. We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle on their lot. The sales man was amazing. No pressure just conversation. I was able to work the price out on the phone before I made the drive and this company stuck to their word. The jeep was everything they claimed it to be. Once the paperwork began we talked with some other staff members. Everyone was great. All freindly and down to earth, even calling to check up and make sure we where happy. I would recommend anyone give them a look, you won't be disappointed. My youngest will be needing a car in the future and this will be the first place we look. I can't stress enough how wonderful everyone was. Even the building they work out of was comfortable to be in. They had an entertainment center set up for kids and some refreshments while we waited. "My son and I purchased a use pickup truck, on a Saturday afternoon, (Woodward Ia) had great experience with the sales staff, and the owner's, great people to work with. Had an issue with it not starting Sunday morning right away. They are closed Monday, I sent an email Monday morning. knowing they were closed . Got a response Monday letting me know this would be addressed right away Tuesday. Picked the vehicle up at work installed new starter and was returned the same day!! "To say I am happy with the experience I had with Heartland Motor Company is not enough. It was by far the best experience buying a vehicle my wife and I have ever had. Jason our sales representative was one of the nicest and most professional people I have had the privilege of working with. He knew we needed to trade in our Jeep as well as my dream of owning a truck. He let me know right when they had the perfect Chevy on the lot. I honestly thought it was a 2024 and not a 2017 because it was so clean and had such low miles. Every vehicle on the lot looked immaculate.
